Our Jerk Seasoning is a toned down variation on tradional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. We especially like this seasoning on both ribs and brisket but it also has become a favorite on hamburgers, now affectionately called 'jerk burgers'. As jerk is becoming more popular, our seasoning allows you to enjoy the flavor without all of the heat that is associated with jerk seasoning.
